Returns & Refunds
At Josie's Botanicals, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at barbara@josiesbotanicals.com as soon as possible.
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow a reasonable period for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at barbara@josiesbotanicals.com.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Day Cooling Off Period)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal or cancellation option available through your customer account where applicable, or contact us at barbara@josiesbotanicals.com with your name, order number, and details of the products you wish to withdraw from.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt and provide further instructions where necessary.
Returned goods should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframes required by applicable consumer legislation and will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
Exceptions
Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal rights where exemptions apply under applicable consumer protection legislation. This may include personalised, custom-made, or other exempt products.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
