Aromatherapy massage uses the restorative properties of essential oils to relax and heal your body and mind. Essential oils are concentrated liquid extracts of various potentially beneficial plants, flowers, fruit and barks and have healing and revitalising properties. An essential oil is "essential" in the sense that it contains the "essence of" the plant's fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived.
Each essential oil used in aromatherapy is said to have different properties. For example, some calm and make you feel relaxed while others energise, uplift or decongest. Oils are blended to suit the individual needs of a client.
Aromatherapy massage involves flowing holistic massage techniques using essential oils combined with skin enriching carrier oils to promote a deep sense of calm & relaxation, stimulating the body’s ability to rebalance and heal itself. Hot Stone Massage
A specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
A technique used in ancient cultures including native American healing practice. Thermal therapy, hot and cold, affects circulation and provides a method to reach deep tissue for healing.
Conditions treated: Stress, relaxes connective tissue, muscular aches and pains, blood and lymphatic circulation, metabolism and elimination, regulate heart rate, arthritic conditions, back pain, insomnia and depression.
Since the hot stones are used to massage the body, you receive the same benefits as a Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point work. The added benefit is heat that penetrates the muscle and tendon providing deeper work with less pressure.
The smooth texture of the rock and the heat provides dramatic stress reducing results. Many recipients go into a deep meditative state early in the session. The stone placement along the chakras helps clear the body’s energetic system.

Ayurvedic Kanza Vatki (KV) Foot Massage™
This ancient Ayurvedic treatment is a wonderfully relaxing health-care modality, which balances the body, mind and spirit. Just under an hour in duration, the treatment begins by cleansing the feet and legs, followed by some relaxing foot and leg moves. Then, slowly and methodically the toes, feet, ankles and calves are helped to relax through the application of massage techniques carried out with the aid of ghee (clarified butter) or oils. The treatment continues with special moves performed with the small 3-metal Kansa Vatki bowl. This is followed by a re-balancing sequence of marma massage (Indian acupressure).
All this special attention helps to detoxify and balance the body’s energies, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. This treatment is good for everyone and ideal for those who spend long hours on their feet. It is also very good for women during pregnancy as a safe treatment during this period.
